Stealth Grow Tub
Hey guys/gals, been trolling a while first post. I made a grow tub a few weeks ago started from seed (bag seed). I am using a 80CFM inline fan from the depot. I have 3-27 watt daylight CFL's, 2- 13 watt warm light CFL's inside. I am using a homemade DWC/Bubbleponic. For nutrient I have GH 3 part, with MagCal+, and recently started using Hygrozyme. Water source is bottled distilled water. I have been adjusting PH 1-2 times a day keeping it close to 5.8ph, PPM's are 600. This is my first ever grow so I am making some mistakes. First was some nute burn early on, which you can see on the first set of leaves. Now I have a new problem. The older fan leaves are very papery and have brown dead spots on them. Can anyone help me out with diagnosing. I first though it to be wind burn so I turned off the little fan I had blowing on the plant. Then I thought it could me a mag deficiency so I mixed up some straight distilled water with MagCal+ dumped half the nutrient solution and topped off with the MagCal+ solution, Then I added in the Hygrozyme to help it through. I estimate the tub I am growing in to be between a gallon and half to two gallons. Here's some pics of the setup and leaves.

Your roots look really good and your nutes with calmag and distilled water is good. Not a def. What are the temps in there ? do you mist ? Have you checked under the leaves for bugs ?

The temp is mid 70's, humidity is prolly a tad low, I have put a humidifier in and misting when I check PH. I have had a lot of problems with PH instability. I adjust it down to 5.2 and in 8 hours its 6+. No bugs. I believe the problems to be Mn lockout due to the PH rising to quick.
