Let me start off by saying ive done alot of research on lighting so I know the basics well. I am asking for knowledge on LED lighting. Is a 300 watt tri, or quad-band LED enough for a 5x5 Growing area...with top quality flowers?? Which LED lights work the best?? If the 300 watt isnt sufficient what would be a sufficient LED growing setup??

take a look around here~many build their own, what i can say is that 300w of 1w LED's will not get the same results as 300w of 3w LED's so be careful with just looking at your wattage. you need to make sure the light also has 660nm deep red to get your desired flower results...i like the performance of my lights WEX-C150 w/3w LED's w/5 bands of spectrum. :thumbsup:

I is jus' a tiny rep-tile.
But, I will tell you that you can grow excellent bud with less than 150W. of high power emitters in 3' X 3'.
so 300 W. of 460 -470nm. and 660 nm. should do jus' fine
