So Rebgirl420 is back from hibernation and she has some great news!
You are going to be a great mom! It time to get a vaporizer, dear! Much healthier for you and the baby.
And my dad was in the submarine service and they made everyone take vitamin E to help offset problems associated with low oxygen levels. Smoking lowers your and your baby's oxygen levels. I took vitamin E through both my pregnancies. Vitamin E is supposed to also make your skin stretchier- important when it comes to delivery time!
You should add hemp seed/ hemp seed oil to your diet- read this- (the hemp seed part is at the end)
Oily fish makes 'babies brainier'

Hemp seed doesn't pose the problem of mercury contamination like fish oil may have.
Get as much sleep as you can!
And prepare for the adventure of your life!

Youre 19 and I remember your posts about meeting your boyfriend not that long ago.
It feels right and exciting now, but when youre child is six months old you'll definitely have the dawning realization you did this way too early for all the wrong reasons.

I'm happy for you, but I'm happier for your baby. For crying out loud STOP SMOKING NOW. Make brownies or capsules, eat the effing buds for all I care, but DO NOT smoke with a living thing inside you.

Its the equivalent to you locking your child in a box and filling it with smoke.
I'm sorry but someone had to say it and reading things like this piss me off. If you give two shits about your child, don't smoke. Period.

When it's a "done deal" and someone that you care about, after the fact criticism is not helpful.
Now, had you asked if becoming a Mom at 19 was advisable...
You are surprisingly mature and sensible for your years.
And I think you'll make a wonderful mom.
Long as you realize that life, as you know it, is about to change drastically, and you are ok with that, enjoy.
Now toss out dem Pissios, and start eating mo' healthy and mo' often.
We're building a baby here, yah?
All da bes'
Weeze

I wouldn't believe that. Smoking anything is bad for you and probably your baby too. Why is your pediatrician encouraging you to smoke especially during pregnancy? Why would you want to take a chance anyways, remember you are thinking for 2 instead of 1 and you can't tell me that none of the hundreds of chemicals from the smoke will get to the baby.
