THANK YOU! Where's all this self-righteousness coming from? A few things to remember:
a). the U.S. is heavily armed and is hardly a peaceful country, and yet in their mind only the angels (and their vassals) can have weapons.
b). Israel, which is very close to Iraq, has a history of attacking Muslim countries. Its weapons (a huge pile) is also growing all the time.
c). The fundamentalist revolution in Iran was the U.S. and Britain's fault (1953, Operation Ajax).

So, why not dispose of a little hypocrisy and disarm themselves if they're so concerned about disarmament?
