WTF? I think you made a typo or two. Legalizing and taxing cannabis only hurts the illegal growers and distributors and the law enforcement who benefit from busting people (and taking their money).

I've been paying attention and been very active in medical cannabis politics and activism for a couple years now and I know that Oakland has used it tax money wisely which had helped patients and the city at large.
