I have been lurking in the background for quite a while and have learned a great deal just from reading as many of these informative posts as I can. I have taken the step and made my first batch of "Green Dragon" following Master Wu's recipe. It was a bit weaker that I had hoped, but as someone in these posts said, It had a bit of a bite so I'm satisfied with my first attempt. However...(here we go), I didn't cook long enough to reduce the Rating: 5
