noob lighting question

theres alot of great info on this site but i just need the best advise quick

i built a grow cabinet 5ft wide x 2 1/2ft. 7ft tall .its a exact copy of someones grow closet on here.

i wanted to grow 6 to 8 plants in soil. basic bud.

which lighting is best for my set up?
and if you know of a kit please send me the link

i was thinking a good 600watt hps light

*UPDATE* im going with a 400watt light and some cfl lights if i think i need is

i want to plant seeds that will give me a big yield and are good for indoor grows.

any advice?
