Different strain types cause different types of affects. As we know different strains are good for different ailments therefore I would suggest trying a different strain. Just like pharmaceutical drugs we all react differently to different types of medicine.

In addition as mentioned before exercise is all ways good for energy. One other suggestion is go to a health center that sells vitamins C, E, Omega 3's are good and I am sure they would recommend a couple other supplements.

I disagree with energy drinks they are peak energy followed by lows. Most are just sugar and caffeine which are Americas mosted addicting drugs. I think they should be on as Schedule 2's.
