HOW to Avoid Burn out!!
Whenever I smoke, I always end up being really tired. I just have zero will to do anything, it's really annoying. Coffee doesn't work for me (that will crash me afterwards anyway).
Any ideas how to avoid the burnout?

take the amount you're smoking and divide it by two...only time I get into deadhead mode is after smoking way too much..

Dude I had this problem and I figured out a pretty good remedy.
First, get some better weed. I'm not hating I'm saying from experience.. I was smoking some decent indica/sativa mix, but then I got hooked up with this guy who always has a specific kushy indica type and a heavy sativa strain for sale. Amazing stuff.
I have a theory that you should only need to take one rip out of the bong to be perfectly high. Hold it in for a few seconds, exhale and then wait for at least 10 minutes! This works man, you gotta just take one br and then wait for a good 10 to 15 minutes until the high really kicks in. Especially with good stuff, because I find a lot of the better weeds to be creepers. Hits you right in the ass when just when you're thinking you arent that high..
Keep yourself active too. That always works for me, at least keep busy with singing along to the song on the radio. Plus singing is fun. Make your brain work and it won't poop out on you.
And above all.. don't munch! Eat a nice big breaky and shouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day until you exercise, then have a good meal after that. That really works for me man, been doing this for about a month now. Wake up at 7 every day, eat a couple eggs and maybe some bacon with toast and a glass of juice, and a bowl of raisin bran with some psylium fibre or some hemp hearts (lady cannabis is very healthy for you!). Then if you get hungry later on in the day have an orange and apple and a banana. Best snack ever. And drink lots of water. Most of the time when your stomach feels empty is just because of a lack of water. Drink at least two liters a day. More if you exercise obv.
Just a healthier way to live man, eat right and you'll feel great. I get stoned before I go workout, it's great. I don't do heavy weights though, not my steez when I'm high. I like to crank up the treadmill to 8 mph and see how long I can run flat out for. Not sprinting but a good paced run. Then do some core work and a whole bunch of pushups. Fun times.

No, no, it was valid :P. I work out and follow a strict healthy meal plan with LOTS of protein and carbs, but no matter how much I eat, I still end up tired. The stuff I have now is some super primo Jack Herer.
Being active and not holding the smoke in as long has helped out :thumbsup:

Different strain types cause different types of affects. As we know different strains are good for different ailments therefore I would suggest trying a different strain. Just like pharmaceutical drugs we all react differently to different types of medicine.
In addition as mentioned before exercise is all ways good for energy. One other suggestion is go to a health center that sells vitamins C, E, Omega 3's are good and I am sure they would recommend a couple other supplements.
I disagree with energy drinks they are peak energy followed by lows. Most are just sugar and caffeine which are Americas mosted addicting drugs. I think they should be on as Schedule 2's.

I only smoke hash when i need to do stuff then after your day is done go home put your feet up and break out the weed....
