1)the ability to alter my appearance at will, and to be able to defy the law of physics by changing into people/things that have different masses and sizes.

2)de-criminalization of any "drug" that is a naturally occuring substance that requires no more preparation than drying.

3)$50 million invested in a flegling company that will blow up like microsoft over the rest of my lifetime, thus exponentially increasing my personal wealth for the rest of my life and my family into perpetuity.

Also i'd wish that everyone would enjoy life all the time.(that would solve alot of the worlds problems.)
3rd and final wish... that the earth (and any other inhabited or inhabitable planet) could heal its self so well that nothing we (or anyone/anything else) could do to it would ever make it toxic or depleted in any way.
