4 led panels
Depends on what you are trying to grow. If you are growing buds on cannabis, 660nm red is what does it. Every led you add that is NOT 660nm is going to cost you bud in the long run. 4 band UFO's aren't better for flowering cannabis; they're less efficient.quad or tri band?
I'd go with all 660nm reds, with just enough 465nm blue for clocking /phototropism. (8 reds to 1 blue or so. This is a fairly common UFO scheme, just don't let 'em palm off those old, unwanted 630's on you. :smokin
You can add other wavelenths easily with a CFL or two, and/or other types of inexpensive lighting, if you feel you might be missing something.
More bands is not better. More 660nm IS better.
Just my .02, Hermie
And yes, most pot plants stink. The last strain I grew smelled worse in veg (like a dead body :wtf
than in flower. A carbon filter/fan combo's the only thing that works for me.
You will need odor control. Folks won't need to come downstairs, they'll smell it at your front door. You'll need to take care of this within three weeks or so, unless you've got a real low-odor strain going.DreadedHermie Reviewed by DreadedHermie on . 4 led panels Amazon.com: ALL BLUE LED Grow Light Panel 225 LED 110 Volt,2501BU: Patio, Lawn & Garden Hi i am doing my first grow i have a 30x30 area to work with in a basement i want to do an all led grow i know its not the best but i cant use anything else. anyways heres my idea i want to get 4 led panels 2 all blue for growing and then ill switch on the 2 all red led panels for flowering panels are 12x12 square this is more then what i need for this small space i will be growing white widow let me know Rating: 5
