    LMAO. Sounds to me like you need to read more, or gain some practical experience before offering garbage like this for advise. Perhaps you should stick with giving advise on things you do know about, 'eh?

    Yes, there is a point of diminishing returns and there can always be significant overkill. (400w MH for 4 seedlings, as an example...)

    I've been growing for many years, and have run the growth stages under CFL's, fluoro tubes, MH and HPS. I always go back to CFL's because they work great, and are cheaper to operate. The more CFL's the merrier. But at some point, heat and ventilation will become an issue, as will keeping the plants hydrated.

    Below is my veg closet. 2 x 2 x 7 feet tall.
