16 to 18 hours a day. Difficult to achieve in the winter months. Then there's the 12/12 cycle that will require 12 hours a day (on a schedule) of absolute darkness. No bathroom lights coming on, no headlights driving by, no street lights on the block...Then there's the nutrients and water conditoiners (phUp or phDown) if necessary.

You might want to start thinking of an alternative method that might actually work. (do you have a 'plan b'?)
What are you going to do once they stretch too tall and stink too much to hide from your parents? Are you risking someone spotting them in the window?

Unless you are able to provide the care they require, your results will suck, and you'll be chasing stress-related issues till harvest.

Good luck, though.
