Have a couple of cups ready for the transplant, half-filled with soil.

Water the plants, then gently slip-out the rootball and seperate as gently as possible. No such thing as perfect, but use care. Place one seedling in one cup, the other in another cup...but don't dick-around and let the roots dry out. Gently cover the roots with more soil, pressing it in fairly gently. Water them in, and add soil to the voids that watering created, but leave enough room in the cups to properly water them..

Since they are stretching a tad, I'd bury them a bit deeper in the soil so only about 1/2 inch of stem (and the top) is showing. I do this with virtually every sativa dominate seedling I plant.

I have a 'stretching seedling fix' post around here somewhere. Pictures are included.
Cool. I found it...
