QF would work great because you can heat it up as many times as you want. Just keep it out of direct sunlight. Pickup extra heat pads and start practicing.

I've smoked everyday for about twelve years. I've been clean for 32 days but I'm still testing positive at home. I plan on doing the dilution method, it has helped me in the past after only being clean for 2 days. Anyway, at this point dilution is my only option since I'm obviously not going to be clean.
