I've smoked everyday for about twelve years. I've been clean for 32 days but I'm still testing positive at home. I plan on doing the dilution method, it has helped me in the past after only being clean for 2 days. Anyway, at this point dilution is my only option since I'm obviously not going to be clean. My question is, does anyone know how this outsourcing thing works? They will be on site Monday, and I'm Rating: 5

Just to let you know the details, I'm 5'10, 130, slender, active, casual smoker. I smoked everyday, but just a small bowl at night before bed. Until I home tested myself, at the advice of a co-worker, I was sure that I was clean... thank goodness I know better now, otherwise I would've foolishly assumed I would pass... at least now I have a chance.

Hey, I'm curious... wouldn't one bowl a night every night for the past 12 years count as being a chronic or habitual user and not a casual one? I think the 30 day rule applies to people who don't habitually (meaning every day) smoke. Every study I've read has always said that a habitual or chronic smoker can expect to have THC in their urine for between 30-45 days...

yes it will take at least 30 days.I stoped 23 days ago and still piss full of thc on home test.
