2.25 sq. ft carboard cab. 4 wks into flower w CFL's.
i started small just like you. in fact my drying cab is what i used to grow in...i had a little muffin fan on the top but i had a 600w HPS in it. kept it in the garage! i could never grow enough for myself so i got serious and built a grow shop...good things come from meager beginnings...keep up the good work!str8touttaweed- Thanks a lot for your comments. I was on a budget when I started and I am glad that I haven't spent much money on anything much besides just the cfl's. I figure I can't be disappointing if anything didn't work out plus I feel like the best way to learn something is to learn how to do it the harder way. people tend to learn more when they have to learn the harder way of doing things. I've learned a lot and when I move up a bit with my next grow it'll be a lot easier and better. People think that growing this stuff takes thousands of dollars with extravagant lighting systems and large rooms setup specially for growing. I wanted to prove to myself that it doesn't take much just a good knowledge of this stuff and a little work and ingenuity. I will def. look into the led lighting system. I've heard good things about it. It was more of a cost issue before though so thats why I just stuck with the cfl's.
