Being at a hospital won't make any difference in the test. Most all UA's are practically the same and QF will beat them all. As long as your batch is up to date(you can check this via their website) and you maintain the right temperature(90-100 degrees) it will work everytime. As far as the dilution, it wouldn't hurt to stay clean, exercise, and eat a high fiber diet up until test time. It's all up to you and whether or not you want to stop smoking.
