pale curled down leaf brown tip seedling

    Hello everyone,

i am having real proplem getting my plant to start, starting from germination and so on. Now finally i got the plant start and break the surface. from the begining the plant was not doing as expected. The leaves and kinda pointy, curled down, and not open as healthy leaves, it is pale green like as it is gonna turn to yellow, now the edge of the main tip turned to dark brown, and light brown 1 or 2 spots in the center of the leaf now it is only one leave with the spots but more leaves with brown main tip (the very far of the stem). I am gowing outside because it didnt start inside. it is sunny here and temp is 35C. also i dont know what is the history of the soil it is old find it outside but i am sure it used to be a bag soil not dirt from the backyard. I have no idea what is the ph of the soil because i couldnt find a tester here. i water with tab water. i know i am going through hell because of lack of equipment and soil but that what i got around , i am in the middle of nowhere. I dont want to hear that to go and buy soil or ph tester, i want troublshoting based on the pictures because i know it would help knowing what is going on but this is what i got and i have to deal with it if i would succeed. note: the seeds are from a good dutch seeds bank.
amny help to save them will be high appreciated.

first off first thing is ph u have to have that in ck.atleast close,if you just found this soil then you don't know what is in it.looks to me like the soil could be a bit hot"to much nutes for a seedling".as you just found it that means it could have been mixed for a much older plant.in which your case will burn those lil babies up.anyways go get sum fresh clean soil from the store.and you def need to ck ph run off b4 you plant seeds.

i didnt find a ph digital tester in town or anywhere around me, i only found cheap paper tester and it turned to be neutral which is between 6.5-7.0. yes it is old soil and i dont think the place i found it in was adding any food to the soil since long time and i am sure the nutes were in that soil when it is new is already dissolved ,but i flushed it with tab water. my guess is no food in the soil but not sure if i should add some low concentration of nutes, i found 5-3-8 called Pokon around here.
still waiting for more input and discussion thanx anyway for contribution.

You should still get fresh soil, do NOT feed baby plants. Ditch the old dusty crap from the garage. Soil loses fertility over time.

Add plenty of drainage to your soil (perlite) and cycle your waterings (let the soil dry up a decent amount before watering again)

Start feeding a weak nute solution once the plant has established a few nodes.

Only one container per plant. Otherwise they will fight each other for food and water, and only the strongest will survive.
