Yep. It removes the word marijuana from our RCW's so that pretty much leaves it wide open as long as you stay within the state. This will also end up being a big 10th Amendment arguement I think if it passes. The DOJ or DEA may decide to do battle with Washington residents. Will be interesting if it passes.
