Soil to DWC grow
You can get by pretty good with no PPM meter but a PH meter is so easy and acurate. I had a couple high dollar ones and they coast too much to keep up. Here's some that I get 2 or 3 at a tme just to have. Give one to a bro when he drops it in the water. LOL.
Don't forget the calibration solution. and gets some good ph up and down.
Once you use a meter you will wonder how you got by with out it. No muss no fuss.

Hey man what is the issue with the leaves, do you know what is causing the yellowing?

lol There actually is no yellowing at all. I had a Metal halide for veg but because i switched to 12/12 I put a High Pressure Sodium bulb in. It gives off a beautiful orange/yellow glow. These plants are actually reaaalllyy green, but under the HPS they look yellow.
Its all an optical illusion my friend.Whoever created this universe left marijuana as a gift to the earth, im just being grateful. :stoned:

so theyre about 9 days into flower. Im starting to see buds on each plant and they are stretching INCHES per day.
Bascially i am having to raise the light everyday because theyve almost doubled in size already from the stretch.Whoever created this universe left marijuana as a gift to the earth, im just being grateful. :stoned:

Hydroponics, Indoor Gardening Supplies, Hydroponic Systems - Home
Hydroponics | HIDHut Discount Hydroponics Supplies and Equipment
Those are some good hydro shops online.
go there, search through some things, and find materials MADE for what you wanna do.
Net pots, hydroton, airstones, Ph up and down will cost you roughly 30-40$.
It might cost you a little bit more money to buy some quality components for your system but in my opinion your wayyyy better off. Hell theyll even ship it too you and you dont have to go anywhere.(or you can go to your local hydro shop and they should have it all too) MAKE SURE YOUR AIR PUMP IS SUFFICIENT. I had a small fish tank one that i had for years and thats what i started with and its shit. I upgraded and spent 50$ on a good one and now i have 3 times more bubbles(and youll learn that in DWC, more bubbles=more oxygen=more growth!) Its the best investment Ive made for my girls.
I suppose you could do the plastic cup thing, but net pots are cheap and i would just spend a couple of bucks and get the real deal. Alright so your 3 gallon jugs will work fine, youll just have to cut holes in the top for the net pots.
I use Jiffy cubes to root all of my clones. I have never used rockwool so i cant give you any advice there. I would just wait until you have some solid roots before you transplant into the hydroton, or whatever medium. (i mean good strong roots, not the ones that are just popping out of the cubes)Whoever created this universe left marijuana as a gift to the earth, im just being grateful. :stoned:
