Advice Plezzz lighting sprouts and wattage?

Hello, guys i have grown bag seed in the past and have gotten pretty good results, But now have bought some good seeds white widow. Just want to make the right choices, Whats the best bulbs to use for sprouts cfls? I have used a hid 250w pretty good results , 400w be better? i got approx 2-oz from that 250w outdoor security light made into to 150x 2 under a lid. general potting soil 50 Pearl light. 5 gallon bucket<<<<< to big? My grow room is 6'x 6'x10', i make its smaller with heat blanket reflective. Man........ I just want the best grow after dropping coin on these seeds. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Im not a total dum ass a have a had a few little crops 2 - 6 ozs. but bag seed. I would like to grow more than just one plant at a time. Thanks

cfl's work great for sprouting beans.
STart with 2 seeds, get them big enough to take some clones and after a couple weeks flower the clones and throw away the males. Then you know which plant is the female and get the clones off it. Save as many seeds as possible for backup.
5 gallon bucket is fine. I like to top mine and tie them over to get as many cola's as possible off of 1 plant. Drill 1/8 inch holes around the top of the buckets and tie them off.
