im a psychiatric nurse, and from what ive learnt depression is a state of mind, literally i suppose. and it can beat even the strongest man into submission. the key is to seperate the depression as this state of mind and view it as a temporary illness, which it is - its a brain cold and all the chemicals that balance the way you feel are outta sync. take some r n r, lots of good exercise - shaggings good! but above all else try and keep it in perspective - the chemicals in your brain need balancing and this is makin you feel down and giving you this dark out look. your thoughts are probably quite dark and some times might conjuer images in your head that you'll wonder how you ever concieved them. this is all a part of depression mate. if it dont get better go see your dr and try a mild anti depressant. tell school how your feeling. they will help. take it easy
