    planting drugs on suspects

Good ol' NJ pigs in the news again. half a dozen drug cases dropped by prosecutor, suspects accuse police of planting drugs. Would think police in Camden wouldn't need to fabricate reasons to arrest people.. ( camden has more gangs, murders and drugs then most cities in the country)

CAMDEN â?? The Camden County Prosecutor's Office has moved to drop charges in at least a half-dozen drug cases.
Defense lawyers and one of the men whose charges could be dropped told The Philadelphia Inquirer that four officers planted drugs on suspects.
In a jailhouse interview, Robert "Biggum" Henderson said one of the officers twice planted drugs when he refused to cooperate with police to bring in other offenders.
Lawyers said the same thing happened to others. One man claims two of the officers beat him and planted cocaine on him â?? besides the marijuana he acknowledges he was holding.
A lawyer for a police union said it is just the word of convicts. The officers are suspended but have not been charged.
Neither the Prosecutor's Office nor Police Department have commented.

yup been a victim of it myself..

here's how it went.. slid into a tree late at night in the rain on the way home, I stop a car to call the police, then I ask the woman can I use her phone to call for a ride. So I am on the phone with her as the police show up, cop walks up yelling at me "get the fuck off the phone" no reason, just shows up yelling.. ok I am just calling for a ride after for after I get the car towed "I SAID GET OFF THE FUCKING PHONE NOW!" I'm thinking, wow this dude not screwed on tight.. so I quickly get off the phone. another cop shows up, they immediately start searching my car saying they smell marijuana ( i hadn't had weed for days and sure as hell didn't smoke anything in my car..)

they find nothing, but continue to give me all sorts of attitude for no reason, finally I tell the one officer listen I don't understand why you are treating me like this it isn't right I didn't do anything wrong. They tell me to stand right there, they walk off a few feet away from me, have some words, turn around and say "upon a second search of your car we discovered marijuana, you are under arrest for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and handcuff me.. even refused to show me the so-called marijuana, case was later thrown out because they "lost the evidence" but not after fucking my night up worse than that tree did..

moral of the story, I should stay out of primarily white towns.. and guess what state this was in.. NEW JERSEY wooooo

happens frequently, everywhere ... it is the best reason in the world, to NOT shoot off your mouth, when pulled over by a cop ... they can easily win any argument, at the curb ... remember it, live it :smokin:

Yes and remember crime does pay, you just have to be on the right side of the law. There are now more criminals in law enforcement than there are in the civilian population.
