superskunk1 Reviewed by superskunk1 on . Even w/o heat issues, is there such a thing as too much light? I just got the smallest growlab chamber as a replacement for my DIY CFL rubbermaid growbox. Also got a 150 W HPS and damn is that thing an improvement. I also have 2 42 W 6400K CFL's hanging to give it a little blue light as I heard a mix is best. So that 16000 lumens from the HPS, 2600 Lumens from each CFL, that's over 20,000 lumens in a 1.5x1.5 foot area with just one plant. It's not hot in there or anything so heat isn't an issue but can there ever be just too much light for a plant? I Rating: 5
