HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going good for first couple days...but one of my plants is yellowing.......eeeekkkkkkkkk!.......please everyone let me know what u think!....first picture is one thats yellowing....tips of leaves...it looked like at first it yellowing in midle of leaf....now its moved to tip of leaves and cracked leaf......second picture is what the rest of plants look like......third is an over view of the setup.....fan is not in picture but is there!

please help.....these are nyc diesel seeds and i dont wanna lose these plants.....they look great besides this one plant!
