Please help stop Senate Bill 109
Hey everyone,
I posted an article about a Bill working its way through the state. SB109 is that wonderful bill I'm sure you've all heard of that will limit the patient doctor relationship and really ham string dispensaries. Please do whatever you can to help defeat this bill.

We also have a Facebook page up. All in the early stages, but we're happy to share things from the start.

Please help stop Senate Bill 109
I wanted to thank everyone that visited the Alternative Wellness Center of Colorado's website.
One of the reasons I hate fighting these things on a legislative level is because politicians know exactly how to move things quickly when they feel there will be any public discourse on an issue. This is why time is of the essence on this bill.
You guys we the people of Colorado passed an amendment to the State's Constitution for patients. That means any attempt to limit a patients ability to access marijuana as defined is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
I don't take screwing with Constitutions lightly. When democracy works people vote and pass initiatives and amendments that reflect their feelings and beliefs. To have elected officials come back and attach their own State's Constitution is unacceptable.
The least we as voters need to do is to remove the obstacles in the way of our government functioning the way we want and reflect in our votes.
Please remember this when Sen. Chris Romer comes up for re-election. A true Democrat would not be caught dead sponsoring a bill like this if he truly believed in the people he represents.
Please send Sen. Romer a piece of your mind. These politicians NEED to understand how the public feels about this bill and it's defeat!

If you haven't done so please check out and let me know what you think about my article on this matter.

Please don't stay silent about this bill. I'm afraid that because this mostly impacts patients and not dispensaries it won't get the vocal discussion it needs. Please mention SB109 and the desire to defeat the bill next time you head in to your local dispensary.
Peace
