Small plant

I am now in my 4th week of flowering and my plant is still small. I think I went into flowering too soon. She might have been a foot before I cut the light to 12-12, I also cut the top to aid hoping it will become bushy with more shoots. What can I expect? small yield? The ph is held around 5.8. Temps are now between 60 night-80 day. I am using 400 watt sodium. Res. temp 65-70. Nutes are changed each week. Using House and Garden as scheduled. My last grow yielded 5 ounces of Bubblegum. However ,I let the plants get taller in vegetative stage. Can I ya help a brother out?:rastasmoke:
