I'd go with the SOG style and probably 30 clones harvested a month, bases on 1.5-2oz per plant. Space for flower would be a large room in basement/attic(30x20?) and a 10x10 room for vegging/cloning/mothers. I'd say at least 12 HPS at 600 or 1000w to flower and you could get away with 2 MH for vegging with some fluoros above the cloning shelves. Definitely doable, but encroaching on making botany your full time job...
