Relax, brah.
They look pretty good.
Be aware that some HPS light will go right through the fan leaves.
At that height, a 400W. HPS has more than enough penetration.
I would not cut the fan leaves with your setup.
They are what's driving stem growth right now.
And, in bloom, the ladies will need them as a "box lunch".
Best way to get more light to the lowers, is to move the light to and fro to shift the shadows.
And, Of course, an oscillating fan to flutter shadows.
Both are difficult with SCROG.

I think I finally have things pretty much dialed in. But I would like some pruning advice for my scrog setup.

QUESTIONS:
1. Should I remove/trim some of these fan leaves or just keep moving them?

No trim, no handle.

2. Should I start trimming some of the lower branches so more energy goes to the top?

In DWC, with your specs, they should catch up and fill in.
Hope you enjoy "weaving". It's going to be a lot of work.

3. (for my next grow). I heard of a pruning technique where, You top under the 7th node, then remove the bottom three leaf pairs. Would this be good to do for a scrog setup? Or do I let them grow and keep bending them under the screen?

Let them run horizontally below the screen, until it's full, then nip the apical shoot and it will poke buds up through the screen along it's entire length.

4. My humidity is pretty low. 15-30. Is this ok or would should I buy a humidifier to get it to 50-60?

Save a buck.
Just set a dinner plate in front of the fan and put a sponge on it.:hippy:
Then pour water into the sponge until it just starts to dribble.
It's a cheap n easy bubbamidafier

Thanks for any input you can give me. Steve
That's about all I can offer on SCROG.
I am so, over it.
Not a lazy man's style.
