Okey dokey, you got real spine issues. Unfortunately you have no recent docs to prove. BUT. On SSI, you should have Medicare? That should cover doctor visits and an MRI. That should be enough for a real doc to consider it.

But, they will want you to use narcs first...ugh. Of course they don't work for shit on real pain from spondylolisthesis, but the cannabis will if you get the right strain/genotype. Yes tell the doctor you (as a side not) were fed a brownie from a friend laced and wow, you felt so much better!!! A real doc can write for Marinol or the generic dronabinol. Of course that stuff doesn't work for crap, but it puts you on the path. "ya, doc, it helped more than the narcs, but not that much, so I went to that friend and smoked some and wow.'

Get the idea? You will not be able to just walk in and get a mmj card, even with your issues (which are very common after such surgery).

I have spondyolisthesis in my neck after a 4 level fusion. I do understand.

I had lower lumbar disc surgery about 8 years ago due to a ruptured disc and sciatic nerve troubles. I don't take narcs or anything but there is not a day that goes by that I do not wish that I could use cannabis as a pain relief form. I hate vicodin, and the strong painkillers. On the days when it hurts bad I usually take aleve, well over the recommended dosage. If I Rating: 5
