It wont hurt to give it some N midway through flowering as long as you flush properly at the end. Week 5 on a 9/10 week girl should be a good time to dose her with N if she is yellowing alot.

I dont work at the moment, i havent seen much improvement with the pk but i worked it out yesterday i am 6.7 weeks through flowering not 5 :wtf: So im going to be harvestin on like the 10th of june :jointsmile: will shock ripen just for u mate :thumbsup:

Have you got anything to look at the Trichomes? Plants grown under CFL's generally take longer to finish, taking them at 8 weeks might be a bit early (depending on what kind of hit you want). The pistils turning brown is not a guaranteed indicator that your plants are ready, only the trichs can tell you this.

Stress ripening does work CharBud and I would recommend it, I already told GT this but he doesn't seem to believe me, which is pretty rude considering he hijacked my unrelated thread to ask about it. Darkness is just part of it though, when it was featured in High Times they also used refridgerated water. Best to Google it, I slightly modified the technique so I could incorporate another technique to aid drying featured in JC's Ultimate Grow dvd. Anyway, it worked for me, no doubt. The way I Stress Ripened is covered in my 1st grow log.

Have you got anything to look at the Trichomes? Plants grown under CFL's generally take longer to finish, taking them at 8 weeks might be a bit early (depending on what kind of hit you want). The pistils turning brown is not a guaranteed indicator that your plants are ready, only the trichs can tell you this.

I do have something to looks at trichomes, at the moment they are mostly milky, clear with a couple ambers here and there. I know its all about the trichomes and not the pistils. Im still expecting to do the full nine weeks not 8 as im on 6.7 so basically 7 then two weeks nd hopefully she'll be done. On my last grow my trichomes were mostly milky with some amber, high was intense at first the faded quickly, so def wana get it right this time ! :stoned:

Ahh right, because you said 6.7 weeks, one feed then flush I added it up to 8 weeks, 9 weeks is much more like it. I did 9.5 weeks 1st time round, the weed had a really nice longlasting heady high, this time round I am going for the full 11, I'm looking to weld my ass to the couch. That said, my mates GF had a smoke of my last weed (she claimed to be a heavy toker) after one spliff she said "This is really embarrasing, I can't feel my legs." My mate had to carry her home! I don't think she could have paid me a higher compliment.imp:

The heat is killing my baby ! She got a bit of nute burn from the canna pk but now the temps are unbearable. Also the humidity is terrible, i go in there and start sweating straight away and my fan is just blowing hot air on her. This happened with my last grow when we hit winter and they got stunted because it was so cold and now so hot. The only thing i can thing to do is to swtich the lights of at the end of today then dark period till the evening then turn them on when it isnt hot ? It would still be hot in the day but it wouldnt have the light on it ? Would i hermie her in 2 weeks ? Its so hot that water is evaporating out of my water containers, i covered them up to help with the humidity.

I dont want to harvest early because i want a good high of her but if he has to be done it will be done !
