The figures for those bulbs are the actual wattage that they consume and not the equivalent (which is good ). The equivalent values are to help people switching from incandescant home lighting to CFL bulbs and want to know what it compares to i.e. this 12w CFL = 60 watt incandescant.

Thank you for posting the link to the 250, I only know one place that sells the 250`s and they are a little pricey (I am using 125's atm) did you buy from that seller? If you have a link to the 300watt version I would appreciate it.

I think i bought the 300 from these guys, 300 Watt 8u CFL E40 Grow Light/Lamp 6400K Blue Spectrum on eBay (end time 02-Jun-10 00:58:30 BST) Even if i didnt they are still selling at a good price for that bulb. The flowering 300 watters are harder to get hold of than the 250's but heres one anyway, same price 300w Red Spectrum CFL grow light lamp for Hydroponics on eBay (end time 28-May-10 19:24:10 BST)

I can highly reccomend the blue for veg, the plants love it but as you may or may not know the flowering side of cfls is a lot more difficult. If i were you i would maybe buy 3 125w instead of having 1 300w and a 125. This being because unless you LST your plants the 300w will mainly be growing your cola which a 125w can do just as easily. Then with the other 2 125w use them as side lighting, get all the lower buds nice and big. :rastasmoke:

Your lucky you got a mate that gives you clones ! Im going to try do some on my next grow, i tried one recently but i got impatient that it wasnt rooting so i through it away !

Got my canna pk13/14 today, feeling it may a bit too late for her to really use it to her pull potential. Lots of the leaves are going yellow as though its getting towards the end of flower even though its around week 5 1/2 out of 9. You reckon she will pick up the new nutes, get a bit greener and spur on ?

Went a bit mad on the pics today, got some real nice closeups !

The food schedule I work to and all the others in the book it is from, start PK at week 5. The lenght of use depends on how long you flower and medium. But for a 9 week flower you add it weeks 5,6 and 7. Basically start at week 5 and stop the PK 2 weeks from harvest.

Cheers mate, i think ive read about it, freezing cold water 2 days before harvest and then 48 hours darkness ? Thats what i was plannin on doin but correct me if thats wrong ! :rastasmoke:

That is true but i thought the yellowing may slow down as it had the nutes in the soil so it wouldnt take it from the leaves. o well !
