Don't worry, your plant is not dying, in fact it looks great. But it needs to have a watering CYCLE in which you saturate the soil with water, let it dry up, water it, dry it, etc. etc.

The reason is roots need to breathe, and if you just keep adding small amounts of water 3 times a day oxygen wont reach them.

Watering should go as follows:
-Let the soil dry up nice and good. then, pick up the pot. It should be nice and light and manageable.
-water it till you see runoff coming from the drainage holes. you can now pick it up and notice the extreme weight difference.
-wait until the pot is light again (should take about 3 days) and water again. You should also only add nutrients every other watering.
-Another way to check is to make sure the top 3" of soil is BONE dry.

This may be what is causing the leaf curling, or it could be some sort of deficiency (nutrients change when flowering starts) but either way you should definitely should get that lady on a watering cycle.

good luck
