Selling bongs in California

Im just wondering, is selling glass pipes, bongs , bubblers ect legal in California? Im setting up an online headshop, and want to sell bongs.
( Im in Amsterdam Holland where these are perfectly legal) but i would like to ship them from US grounds.

Problem is i cannot find a fullfillment center who will ship these goods for me in the USA.. any tips on this?

Yes, under FEDERAL law and as it relates to sales across state lines. Nobody else in Kali really gives a crap with the exception maybe of a few city and county ordinances here and there.
