i have to disagree. the first try i drank lots of water to no avail, thinking i would do just that: flush out my body and dilute my urine of THC (apparently the cutoff level is 50g/L. the second time, i didn't drink much more water than i normally do, probably a minimum of 8 glasses a day which. also, if time and exercise are the primary reasons for detoxification, then they certainly didn't apply to my case. i never exercise...ever. and it was only one week after i smoked my last few spliffs that i took the test- hardly enough time by medical standards to clear my system. like i mentioned, the nurse made it clear that it takes at least 30 days for THC to disappear from one's body and this fact is confirmed by other medical practitioners, and many sites on the internet state the same information, for example: " " here is a chart which explains drug detection times in urine samples, as well as the standard cutoff levels for testing by professional labs. (i only post this link because it is the site of the home drug test which i used, so i trust their information as their test proved accurate for me.) i respect your opinion if you still feel differently, but i did post this so that EVERYONE can read a post which discusses the results, rather than just paranoias and questions, and then they can consider a positive example in their decision-making regarding their personal situation. trust me, i am not a person that promotes any worthless industry for the benefit of a bunch of bigots' pockets. furthermore, if i would have done my homework in advance, rather than read all these forums in the week leading up to my first test, i would just have stopped smoking about a month and a half beforehand to avoid spending all this money. thanks for reading.
