    bro, if the sheriff told him that, he needs to call back and ask for a suprvisor. it sounds to me like they just didnt want to do anything because MMJ was involved. burglary is burglary,period. id call them back, get a supervisor on the phone and explain to him that he already called and they cgave him the "civil matter" BS......im tellin ya, if he pushes the issue and throws a fit about it, they WILL take care of it, they have no choice. if they wont, id tell them then to get ready for a lawsuit and call a lawyer. i spoke to a lawyer friend of mine about it, and he said the same exact thing.

    Yeah, thanks man. Poor guy dosnt have a clue what to do. I told him becareful and be smart on where your going to have the plants. He was just to excited i bet, and moved in thinking everything was going to be ok because he was growing for the first time.
