Really f'd up photoperiod during VEG?! Need advice...
Man, I'm not going to get into my problems too much, but let's just say I've had to have some fucking repairmen come over and I've had to tear down 1-2 times, and probably another 1-2 times before this shit is over.
So, I'm having to hide my plants in the middle of their 18/6 veg light period.
I've heard photoperiod isn't really important during veg (as long as you don't let them stay dark for 12 hours).
So, what are the risks of my totally screwing with the photoperiod for a few days?
Can I just try to get them 18hours of light a day no matter when it is (like if it's light 4 hours, dark 4 hours, light 12 hours, then dark 4 hours)? Or is it more important to maintain the schedule (and let them get a few less hours of light each day during this fiasco)? Does this make sense?lampost Reviewed by lampost on . as long as you get them back on 18/6 they will perk up. its happened to me. I wouldn't worry. If they were in flower that would suck

If you can use any kind of light to keep the cycle the same. Even a couple cfl's will help.

I would probably just get any kind of light in with them and leave it on 24/7 until you can set back up.

if it was me i'd get a shop light the cheap reflective round ones.hook a 2 way split in it and put 2 100's or 150w cfl's in it.that way no matter where you have to hide your plants you can run a power cord in there and hang the light.it's quick and simple and will keep your babies on track.

Well man mine lived a week as a house plant would. No lights, but what came into the window and i wasn't even trying to get the plants close to the window. They sat for about 8 days with only one watering, not considering they were over watered in the first place. But, they were still in veg and i was able to save 4 out of 5 and the 5th i think might have turn hermy on me, maybe. If you can just make sure there is light on in the room is what i did. Maybe luck, but iv not had much of that lately, but im thinking your going to be cool. Just try not to let them get the 12 hours of dark, like you said. I think thats what helped me and i only tried to keep the over head light in the room on.
Good luck man:rasta:
