Who cares where...... as long as its a military tribunal, these enemy combatants....caught out of uniform, on a foreign battlefield, HAVE NO MIRANDA RIGHTS. They deserve swift military trials followed by an even swifter execution, prison term in a military prison, or release. Although the Democrats aren't totally without guilt, they have never obstructed in the way the GOP have just to make someone or party look like a failure. Never in my lifetime have politics become such a disgusting, nasty form of vindictiveness and bullshit.
