Turns out that postage must have gone up somewhere along the line and I sent out this stuff with an old stamp I had. I feel stupid as hell. I mail, seriously, about 2 things a year, and they're usually packages. So what now? Do I have to go to another doctor? Do I just mail it back in? (It's from the 9th of December) Am I screwed? It must have came back and the kids just put it up without thinking or something. It's not the end of the world but geez.

If I'm not mistaken, your doc's recommendation has to be submitted w/in 60 days of it being signed. Sorry, responded before I saw the other posts.
