Then I was going through the mail organizer and I find the envelope that I sent in to the DOH back in December with my check and caregiver info, and it has a "Insufficient Funds" stamp on it :wtf: Turns out that postage must have gone up somewhere along the line and I sent out this stuff with an old stamp I had.
