correct...they filed for a DEA permit....DEA checks out who they give permits to...they smelled weed, they are federal, so they had to do what they had to do.....doesnt seem like it was anything else but bad judgment on the labs side...they said they didnt even need the permit in the article....they seemed to get of pretty unscathed anyways.....wonder if the dea knew they make concentrates/hash in that lab also?
