you guys must not of read they filed for a DEA license or something like that.....STUPID! when you dealing with something illegal federally.....I know people that have DEA licenses to hold pharmaceuticals and they get check out on regular basis.......this is just a case of stupidity......we all know the dea will take your shit & they invited them in......I never wish for anyone to get busted but they invited the DEA into their shop

all the DEA does is take your plants and money on site, unless you are over 100lbs or connected with some other crime.

correct...they filed for a DEA permit....DEA checks out who they give permits to...they smelled weed, they are federal, so they had to do what they had to do.....doesnt seem like it was anything else but bad judgment on the labs side...they said they didnt even need the permit in the article....they seemed to get of pretty unscathed anyways.....wonder if the dea knew they make concentrates/hash in that lab also?
