Another way you can do this is to put the 2 liter in a larger container full of water. this way you wont have to refill from a faucet or fuss with tape. do it the exact same way except start with the bottle in the water and slowly pull it out as you light the bowl. you can then lift the whole bottle out of the water, unscrew the cap real quick, and hit that shit. It should last about three hits unless you have lungs of steel. be careful though, if you submerge the bottle with the cap on, you'll volcano your bowl. (idk if this is a common term but it means all your weed will get blown out of the bowl)

Oh and btw, almost every gas station sells papers, and so does walgreens and walmart. There has to be one of those places near you.
