If you read the OMMP info (here) and (here) then go to this site and read the state laws, I believe felonies do not effect being a patient. You can't be a grower for someone else.

I remember reading something about not being eligible for a card. But I dont remember if it was if you got a manufacturing charge or possession and cant seem to find much online. I was also recently kicked out of a pain management program for testing positive for pot. Would either of these prevent me from getting my card? Rating: 5
