Getting your card with a possession charge

Well I recently got a possession charge for having a gram and a half on me. I remember reading something about not being eligible for a card. But I dont remember if it was if you got a manufacturing charge or possession and cant seem to find much online. I was also recently kicked out of a pain management program for testing positive for pot. Would either of these prevent me from getting my card?

You would have to check the Oregon Law. In Montana, you wouldn't be able to be a caregiver, but I believe you would be able to get your card.

Shouldn't make any difference as far as getting authorized for MMJ

If you read the OMMP info (here) and (here) then go to this site and read the state laws, I believe felonies do not effect being a patient. You can't be a grower for someone else.
