Property owner wants to avoid Legal Jeopardy
I may get flamed for this but so be it. The OP is a landlord. While right now he may not be in legal jeopardy he is indeed in financial jeopardy. If his warehouse is raided he gets no more rent. Damage may be done to his warehouse. In some indoor grows the warehouse will be rewired on the sly and far from code. It may take time to find a suitable new tenant. All of these costs come out of the OP's pocket.
While it may all be good and happy to look the otherway the OP is in grave financal danger. If he wants to look away, get a large NON refundable deposit, and the years rent in advance, just to cover his losses in case of trouble.Wonderful Things Happen When You Plant The Seeds Of Distrust In A Garden Of Assholes
