Probably 2 to 3 weeks.
I have PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY also and in June of 09 it took 2 weeks.

IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW IF THEY APPORVED ME BEFORE THEY SEND IT IN THE MAIL TO TELL ME? BECAUSE I NEED PAPER WORK SAYING I GOT A MMJ CARD BECAUSE AM GOING TO COURT NEXT WEEK (BUMMER) SHOULD I CALL THE DOH?

I was in the DOH/MC office today at 1:00. They said it would take about three weeks if everything went smoothly. If not then they had (by statute) 30 days to render an answer or kick it back to you for more information.

They were really nice folks. I think they are angels. They were good to me and you could tell they believed in what they were doing. I think if you called them they would do everything they could within the rules to help you out.

I work for the State and I can tell you that if you mention that the courts are involved they will immediately freeze and it will take longer. I would beg that judge for another month to produce the card rather than beg the DOH to expedite because of court. I think you would come out better. Just my two cents.

TODAY I GOT A PAPER FROM THE DOH AND THEY WERE ASKING FOR NM ID AND SINATURE RELEASING MY DR FORMS TO THEM FROM MY DOC, I FAXED THE PAPERS ASAP, DO YOU THINK THEY APPROVED ME OR NOT YET?
