Next time you get them on the phone and they say that tell them you will hold on while they check. Then they will actually have to do a little work.

It has been over a month and I have called them NUMEROUS times to get this expedited. I'm not going to make it in time for the delivery. I stopped taking the Paxil to get it out of my system. Now I'm going through withdrawals and dealing with a full onslaught of my PTSD. I'm about ready to just give it all up. Why does this have to be so damn hard? Rating: 5
