I just got an email that there will be some deliveries of MM in my area next month. I am still waiting on my medical records. It has been over a month and I have called them NUMEROUS times to get this expedited. I'm not going to make it in time for the delivery. I stopped taking the Paxil to get it out of my system. Now I'm going through withdrawals and dealing with a full onslaught of my PTSD. I'm about ready to just give it all up.

TS where are you in the DOH process?
PTSD only requires 1 recommendation from a Psychiatrist.JM

You know, I have been there my friend. Dont despair. Be really calm and call the DOH and SWEETLY inquire. I know it is double difficult, but it CAN be done.
I called one line and got an answering machine saying it could be a couple of weeks. But I called another number listed there on the website and got a very nice young woman who did everything she could. I know that the folks in this office are as good as it gets. Give it a try. Dont give up.
And Paxil is rough too. I had a lot of bad side affects and withdrawls were tough. It isnt the end of the world but it seems like it is. Soothe yourself and keep your cool. This is a battle that you can win if you hang in there!

I'd rather not get busted. The cops here are known as the Aryan Brotherhood. They act like a bunch of Marine wanna-be's. I'm going to do this legally.

I'm seriously considering going back on the Paxil and just forgetting about MM. It's too damn hard to get the process going.

My prayers are with you, for myself, though, I've all but given up.
It shouldn't be so hard to use medicine provided by the Earth, when it is so easy to use chemicals that man has made.

Just a thought....
GOOD LUCK!

I am from New Mexico and live here now. I lived in Utah for 4 years to undergo treatment I couldn't get here. I moved back in 2002. They had me on Wellbutrin, Risperdal, Depakote and Restoril. I was practically a zombie. I took myself off those drugs and switched to Paxil. Still a zombie and some serious side effects. My doctor had me try different dosages and I still had problems with side effects. My doctor here in New Mexico will not give me a signature. He's Mormon. I have to try another doctor but I have to get my records from Utah. I'm going around in circles here.

It was a treatment that was working and she was punished for it. That's not something I want to risk.
Thanks for the support folks. I don't know if it's worth the anxiety and frustration to keep trying to get a MM card.

I really appreciate the support. Thank God there are people like you who are willing to help a complete stranger.

By the way, I called again today and was told the records have not been sent yet. The person I spoke to didn't know why they haven't been sent but would get with the manager to see what the hold up was. This is the third time they've said this to me.
